1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GraphInOut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

GraphInOut provides a service for processing, transforming, and analyzing data formats and graphs. Currently, the service is provided free of charge and does not require user accounts. We reserve the right to introduce user accounts and paid tiers in the future.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload, submit, or process using GraphInOut. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the service to you. Additionally, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to retain and use the graphs and data you submit specifically for the purpose of testing, debugging, and improving our parsers and related algorithms. We will not share your uploaded data publicly. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit, and you should avoid uploading any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GraphInOut to:

  • Upload or process illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or compromise the integrity or security of the service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

5. API Access and Scraping

Automated access, scraping, and unauthorized use of our internal APIs are strictly prohibited. We are actively working on offering official paid API access in the future.

6. Intellectual Property

The GraphInOut name, design, codebase, and associated intellectual property are owned by IT-Beratung Dr. Max Völkel. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

GraphInOut is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, data safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT-Beratung Dr. Max Völkel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or other losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
